Cancellation & Refund Policy
This policy explains how to cancel your Accrova subscription, what happens when you cancel, and our position on refunds. It forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
1. How to cancel
To cancel your subscription, contact your Accrova account manager. Cancellation, any required notice period, and any early-termination terms are governed by your subscription contract, and this policy is subject to those contractual terms.
If you're not sure who your account manager is, email support@getaccrova.com from the email address on your account and we'll put you in touch.
2. What happens when you cancel
- Your cancellation stops all future renewals — your payment method will not be charged again.
- You keep full access to the Service until the end of the current paid billing period; access then ends.
- We do not provide pro-rata refunds for the unused portion of a billing period, except where required by law (see Section 4).
3. Refunds
Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable, except (a) where a refund is required by applicable law, or (b) where we expressly agree to one in writing. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 30 days of the charge and we will review it in good faith.
Annual plans are paid in advance for the year. If you cancel an annual plan mid-term, you retain access through the end of the prepaid year; we do not refund the remaining months unless required by law.
4. Consumer withdrawal / cooling-off rights
Accrova is a business-to-business service. Where you are a consumer protected by a statutory cooling-off or right-of-withdrawal period (for example, certain customers in the EU/EEA or UK), those statutory rights are not affected by this policy. For digital services that begin immediately, you may be asked to acknowledge that performance starts during the withdrawal period, which can limit that right as permitted by law.
5. Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, we may retry the charge and may suspend access until payment is resolved. If payment remains unresolved, we may cancel the subscription. You remain responsible for amounts properly due before cancellation.
6. Your data after cancellation
After cancellation, we handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy — your account and customer data are kept for 90 days after your access ends, so the account can be reopened, and are then deleted. You may request export or earlier deletion of your data by contacting support@getaccrova.com.
7. Changes & contact
We may update this policy from time to time; material changes will be notified as described in the Terms of Service. Questions? Contact support@getaccrova.com.
